Remember the praline snack of mr. Day? I went out crazy but unfortunately is no longer on the market. I thought then to recreate something similar to remember the old days
Position a Wasa slice on a saucer (I don't moisten them to preserve a little crunchiness as a wafer effect). Spread half of the yogurt sweetened with honey (the vanilla aroma would be good).
Continue with the second slice, the yogurt and the last Wasa slice. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, once warm add it to the cocoa cream (cocoa and a little milk) and mix with the puffed rice (or a crumbled rice cake)
Allow to cool and drain everything on the slices leveling well. Taste the chocolate as soon as it has solidified to keep it crunchy, otherwise it is very good even when cold.
