I'm a greedy on a diet. I wanted a sweet that could satisfy my craving for sugar and chocolate without that cruel sense of post-dessert guilt and here it is my light chocolate cake. It is perfectly preserved for the following day and is excellent both as a breakfast and as a snack to take to work or school!

Mix the orange juice in a bowl (if you don't like it you can safely replace it with water), the sugar and the vanilla aroma.

Add the sieved powders (flour, yeast and cocoa) to the liquids. Stir to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 min. (Check often)

To decorate my light chocolate cake I mixed a tablespoon of bitter cocoa, a teaspoon of honey and water to taste until I got a creamy consistency that I poured onto the surface of the cake.
