Ingredients: tomatoes or cherry tomatoes, fresh plums, garlic (optional), brown sugar, apple vinegar (or white wine), hot pepper, salt, spices (2 cloves and 1 bay leaf)

Wash the tomatoes, cut them into pieces and, if they are very watery, let them drain from the water. Wash, pitted and cut the fresh plums into pieces.
