Continue the series dedicated to vegetarian burger and this time with one of my favorite vegetables: broccoli! Anyone who knows me knows that I cook more and broccoli, when they are in season. The burger attempt broccoli, therefore, could not miss! I have served at the plate with tomato and arugula, but also try a wholemeal bun with the addition of melted cheese and a choice of sauces:

Turn on the oven to 180 degrees so it will be warm when we finish the preparation. Wash the broccoli and chop with a mini pimer or a blender until they reach a briciolosa consistency.

Transfer the spinach in a bowl and add the eggs, bran, salt, oil. Parmesan, nutmeg, black pepper.

Bake in a small round baking pan lined with parchment paper (I will use a hinge) or give the dough the circular shape with a pastry cutter and place it on a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Note: these will get two or three doses burger, it depends on the size of your pastry cutter or your teglietta.

Serve in a bun with salad, tomato and your favorite sauces or at the plate. As a side dish, I suggest to choose a salad of tomato and rocket.
