Tasty, filling and high-protein dish. I did it with millet but you can use any ingredient (potatoes, various vegetables, cereals, ...).

Boil a saucepan of water and cook the millet (10-15 minutes).

In a frying pan make two carrots cut into slices with a little oil.

Remove the carrots, add a little grit and the millet with the egg whites. Give a final sprinkling of parmesan and ginger.
