Actually the recipe is of extreme speed and ease: I took my nice blender and I put in a banana and the dose of egg white: smoothie for a couple of minutes .. Then I put the flours (you can also use only one type but I had leftovers to take out)

blend again until you mix everything well - put in a flush and if you need milk (this is also what you prefer); now add the bitter cocoa and blend again then put the peanut butter, refract and see how the mixture is.

I don't think it can be 'dry' but add a little milk to the case. Finally, put the yeast in a sachet (or baking soda 4 g juice of half a lemon) and blend again for the last time.

Take your mold (for me as a donut but also a 26 or a plumcake mold) and pour the mixture. Decorate with the leftover banana with slices to be placed on the surface (if you want you can blend this too!) And bake 45 'at 180 static.
