Spread with melted butter, cover with breadcrumbs and then fill with the filling leaving a couple of cm empty on the sides. Fold the edges and roll up the strudel with the help of parchment paper.
Brush with the remaining butter and bake at 180 ° C in a static oven for about 35 minutes.
Remove from the oven when it is golden.
Sprinkle with icing sugar and let cool for a few hours before serving!
