The ingredients are enough for 2 12 cm diameter cakes. They are soft and delicious!
In a bowl, whisk the egg with 80g of sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Add the aroma of vanilla, oil, a glass of milk and 100g of sifted flour with baking powder and starch.
Blend with a whisk and transfer the mixture into 2 mini cake pans that can be opened by 12 cm in diameter previously oiled.
Bake in a static oven at 180 ° c for about 20 minutes (depending on the power of the oven, do the toothpick test!)
Meanwhile prepare the milk cream: boil 100 ml of milk in a saucepan.
Once it reaches the boil remove from heat and add 25g of sugar, vanilla flavor and sieved flour gradually mixing with a whisk to avoid lumps.
Transfer them back to the fire and let them thicken, stirring for a few minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
