Sift the flours and mix with the sugar. Add oil, mandarin juice, milk, vanilla and mix with a spatula. the mixture should be soft, if you need to add more milk to the wire, without exaggeration.

add the baking powder and pour into a cake mold (I used a silicone one that I previously greased lightly with olive oil).

Bake in an oven already warm and ventilated at 180 gr for 25 min, then for another 15 min at 150-120 gr. (the cake will have to dry slowly without burning). Do the toothpick test, if necessary extend the cooking time (each oven cooks in its own way!).

Great for breakfast, serve warm, maybe heated a little bit in the microwave.

If like me, you forgot to buy whole sugar, but you do not want to make a sweet too sweet to be able to use brown sugar or granulated sugar for 40 grams and replace the other 100 grams of sugar with 40 gr of stevia powder. the dessert will remain very balanced
