Wash and cut the turnip greens, boil them a little, drain them in ice water to keep the green complexion, sauté them in a pan with a clove of garlic, extra virgin olive oil and to taste the chilli pepper.

I take the squid previously cleaned and make cuts horizontally so that during cooking they do not swell and burst.

Cut the fins of the squid into small pieces and mix them with the turnip tops then proceed with the filling trying to push the filling well all the way.

At this point with the hot plate facing the side of the cuts slowly the squid and scald them more or less a few minutes per side, depending on the size of the squid.
