First, prepare the rice. In a saucepan, put rice and water in proportion, 1 part of rice and 1 and a quarter of water. Turn on the fire to the minimum and allow to absorb water, never mix.

Prepare the other ingredients: divide the broccoli into quite large cymbals (so that they will be cooked at the same time as the salmon) and take off the salmon plugs (I had a skinless thread)
