Two recipes, good to enjoy together, but just as delicious to savor separately!
preparation
step 1
To prepare the cream of cabbage fry 1 leek and 1 shallot in a wire dolio extra virgin olive oil with a sprinkle of masala and other spices to taste.

Once well browned all add the cabbage cut into strips, the 2 small potatoes into pieces and gradually join the centrifuge / extract 3 apples or alternatively of vegetable broth.

The juice / broth should get to about half the level of the ingredients because we want to leave a certain density to our soup. Cook for a 15in minutes

Then mixed it all with mini-Pimero and finally sprinkle with the parsley, a pinch of pepper and a tablespoon of poppy seeds.

For the meatballs put in blender all ingredients and 3 apples, peeled eggplant please! and chopped it all until you obtain a creamy mixture.

Arrange this mixture on the trays of your dryer or on classic baking sheets if you were to choose a method of natural drying in the sun covered with parchment paper and let it dry for a 10ina hours

Once dried, the compound forming a 30ina meatballs. You can then arrange them on the cabbage cream. Enjoy your meal!
