First, thaw the corn in a pot of hot water.
Then you have to strain the choclo of the water and add to a juguera with the salt, the basil and the water (you can use the water where the corn was cooked). Process.
Add the chickpea flour and process for the last time. The mixture should not be so thick or so liquid.
Add the mixture to a waffle maker at medium / high temperature, after 6 minutes turn and leave it for 6 minutes more. If you like more crispy you can leave more time inside the wafflera.
Carefully remove the waffle and serve with whatever you want! I served it with tomato salad, cucumber and carrot. Enjoy!
