Unfortunately, sometimes it is necessary to make a diet, to lose a few kgs too much or simply to adjust one's eating habits. So here is a single dish, but using two parts of the salmon that are usually discarded: head and tail! Two tasty and delicious parts
preparation

chopped some mushrooms finely, about 60 g

heat them with a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil and a teaspoon of garlic powder for 1 minute. Remove immediately and allow to cool

Marinate potatoes and mushrooms with the remaining oil, curry, paprika, ginger, garlic, salt and pepper for at least 20 minutes. Put the potatoes in a preheated oven at 180 °, put the mushrooms aside for a while

Rinse the salmon head and tail well and soak for about ten minutes to let the excess blood out
