preparation
step 1
Start by preparing the pastry: work the coconut oil with sugar, add the flour, baking powder and vanilla sifted and chopped nuts, add the eggs and knead gently adding the flush water.
step 2
Once you have a compact and smooth dough, roll it out on a pastry board with the help of a rolling pin.
step 3
Grease a baking pan for tarts diameter of about 22 cm and recline the pastry, arrange it well with your hands even at the edges.
step 4
Prepare the caramel toffee: In a saucepan gently heat the cream and set aside. In another saucepan melt, to sweet flame, sugar cane with two tablespoons of water.
step 5
Once all the sugar will become caramel add, flush, cream. Simmer for about 8 minutes, until the mixture has thickened and darkened.
step 6
Once the fire is out, add the butter and stir until it has melted. The result will be a thick cream but not too much, because it will tend to thicken more and more cooling.
step 7
If it turns out too runny, add a tablespoon of cornstarch sifted and continue cooking for another 5 minutes until you reach the optimal density.
step 8
Once ready transferred the caramel in a jar and let it cool. Meanwhile, cut the apples into thin slices (with the peel!) And place them in a bowl with a few drops of lemon juice.
step 9
Pour the caramel on the bottom of the tart and recline apples forming the decoration you prefer.
step 10
Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 15 minutes (always do the toothpick test because the cooking time can vary greatly from oven to oven).
step 11
Let cool completely and decorate the surface with candied raisins, toasted pine nuts and icing sugar. Enjoy your meal...
