Today I present Yaya Cake, a pie I have designed and combines two of my favorite favorites: Chocolate Fondente and Coconut! It is ideal for #bambini because it is greedy but above all it is healthy and easy to prepare! In fact, I tried to combine chocolate and coconut in the lightest possible way, without using either butter, eggs, or milk and using little whole-sugar cane. Those who follow a vegan diet will simply substitute classic yogurt with a vegetable;)

In a bowl combine flour, coconut flour (80g), bitter cocoa, cane sugar and yeast. Mix everything with a fork.

Then add the oil to the seeds and the water and always mix with the fork.

Add the dark chocolate (50g) dissolved in bain-marie.

Mix and place the dough on a paper-lined baking tray.

Cook for 40 minutes in an oven already hot at 180 °.
