Clean the pumpkin by removing the peel and filaments, then cut into cubes.
In a pan, brown a clove of garlic with a tablespoon of oil, then add the pumpkin into cubes and the sprig of rosemary.
Blend with the white wine then add two glasses of water and simmer for about fifteen minutes, stirring occasionally, and covering the pan with the lid.
