These biscuits are a cross between the American Reeses and the famous Bounty, but no butter, no sugar! Healthy, low-calorie, noisily GOOD !!!
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Take a silicone mold (or paper cups) and cover the bottom and sides with melted chocolate, then put in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
Prepare the filling: In a saucepan, melt the coconut oil with the cream and stevia, mix well, then remove from heat and add the coconut flour. Stir well to obtain a homogeneous paste.
