Great when the hunger suddenly arrives! Personally I eat it in the middle of the morning, from the charge and I don't arrive for lunch with too much appetite
Pour all the ingredients (except the malt and the oil) in a bowl and mix well.
Put the malt and oil in a non-stick pan, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, when it starts to boil remove the pan from the heat and pour the mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Mix very well
