This autumn's surprisingly mild climate allowed me to harvest it until a few days ago and today I used the last ones to prepare spaghetti that were quick and easy but really good. Very few ingredients will be enough: garlic, capers, oil, chilli ... But the result is surprisingly greedy.
First of all, put the water for the pasta to boil. In the meantime, clean the friggitelli by removing the seeds and the white filaments, then cut them into strips that are not too thin.
Crush the garlic clove and fry it in a pan with the two tablespoons of oil. When the garlic is golden, add the friggitelli, season with salt and cook over medium heat.
When the water is boiling, cook the pasta, then drain it and add it to the sauce. Complete with chopped capers, parsley and chilli and serve the hot spaghetti.
