A very fast and tasty chickpea cream! I advise you to prepare it in advance and let it rest in the fridge for a few hours (or even prepare it the day before), it gains flavor.
If you do not find the tahin, it is very easy to prepare at home. Simply toast the sesame seeds and blend them several times (not to overheat the motor of the minipimer), adding a teaspoon of oil if necessary, until obtaining a cream of the desired consistency.
We gather all the ingredients minus the water in the glass of the blender, the chickpeas well drained from the storage water and the garlic peeled and cut into small pieces. Add two tablespoons of water before starting to blend.
