From the coasts of Africa to Sicily, today we present our cous cous. A good alternative to the usual recipe for meat or fish is the vegetable cous cous!
Start washing and cutting the vegetables.
Cut the zucchini and the carrots with washers. Then cut the tomatoes and peel the fresh peas.
Heat the olive oil with a clove of garlic, then add the vegetables in order.
Start with the onion, then the carrots and zucchini together.
When done, close the garlic clove and add the cherry tomatoes. Apply salt and pepper. Add a ginger garnish to pleasure.
We used cous cous precooked, faster to prepare.
In a bowl pour the cous cous with a spoon of oil and 320gr of hot water: add the salt and enjoy a teaspoon of turmeric. Then let it rest for two minutes.
After two minutes the couscous is ready.
