Delicious vegan gnocchi, very quick to realize thanks to the steam cooking potatoes in a pressure cooker. Ready to eat in less than half an hour!
preparation

Peel the potatoes (those with a little #39old are better!) And cut them into small pieces. Calculated on a pound of potatoes already peeled.

Place the basket in the pressure cooker, add two inches of water, fill the potatoes and bring pressure. Give 13 minutes of baking from the whistle. When ready, transfer them into a bowl.

Mash well with a fork or potato masher, add the flour, salt, a pinch of nutmeg if you like. Knead on a work plan with other starch or flour.

Divide the dough, made the loaves and cut them into small pieces. Shape into balls with floured hands and roll each dumpling in the flour.

Boil a pot of salted water, drain and plunge the gnocchi with a slotted spoon as they rise to the surface. Season to taste (for us: vegan pesto). Enjoy your meal!
