On 9th July it was the 9th birthday of my Mrbig Chihuahua (hence the name of the Dolcetto dedicated to him). I wanted to prepare something but as you well know the dogs but also people even attracted by the confectionery products have no benefit from sugar, but ... so I created a cake for him that we then shared us and our friends and the result was surprisingly good
preparation

Wash and cook lamarant for about 20 minutes, drain and rinse

Blend the carrot, banana, turmeric and vanilla with a dash of rice milk
