Who doesn't like taralli? Here is a simple and tasty recipe for a quick snack or a small aperitif served with good wine!

In a bowl pour the flour, the oil, the chili pepper and the salt and start stirring until you get a crumbly mixture, at this point add the wine, mixing well. Transfer everything to a pastry board and knead the dough well for 15 minutes

Once the dough is ready, remove a small piece and work it with the fingertips until you get a cord of about 12cm and 1cm thick. Join the ends of the cord by folding one end over the other giving the typical shape of the taralluccio.

With these doses you should get about 30 tarallucci. Meanwhile, boil water in a large pot and as you shape the taralli, place yourself on a tray lined with baking paper. Immerse two or three taralli in boiling water

Once they come to the surface, arrange them to drain on a clean cloth. Repeat for the other taralli and in the meantime turn the oven to 190 degrees.

Transfer the taralli onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and transfer them to the oven (static) for about 40 minutes!
