A soft focaccia with a caramelized surface, great for breakfast and snacks, ideal for the family. Addled by a fantastic grape.
In the planetary place flour, broken yeast, sugar (10gr) and slowly at a time, couple 1/2 glass of water and at least 1/2 glass of milk both at room temperature and a pinch of salt.

Let it stand for 2 hours. After the time has passed, remove it and place it on a dough (about 40x30 cm) with baking paper, the latter previously oiled. Let it stand in the oven for 30 minutes.
Prepare the grapes, wash them, cut each loaf into slices that are not too thin. Extract the pan and turn the oven to 200 °, ventilated mode. Place the slices of grapes on the pasta, which are close enough.
Prepare the mixture of 45ml of water and 45ml of corn oil and with the help of a kitchen brush, sprinkle the focaccia in every part, including edges. Rain pours over the surface the sugar (90gr).
The mixture will dry during cooking. Serve for 12/15 minutes, the top will be caramelized, typical of this recipe. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Keep it in a dry place for a day, otherwise freeze it by cutting it in small pieces if you want to eat it in the next few days and thaw it a few hours before consuming it, warming it a bit.
