There are many recipes for chicken curry that I'll show you my secular version but I really like it. Obviously I created it as always a faster version because I always no time to make it happen. I always accompany with basmati rice so that it can become a single dish!
Putting a pot to boil for rice.
Cut the chicken into pieces making it nibbles not too big and let's put them aside.
We wash and cut the zucchini into cubes and put aside.
Take a pan (preferably a wok) and put it on the fire with 2 tablespoons of EVO oil.
We pan-fried zucchini and let cook for about ten minutes.

In these 15 minutes double check that water does not dry out.
