For these Gorgonzola Tortelli and Nuts we propose a recipe that is based on a traditional combination of pears and cheeses, elaborated in a somewhat imaginative manner with the addition of an exotic touch, mustard seeds. Recipe made by the chef: Marco Boscarato.

Cut the dough pears about half a centimeter in diameter

Then take a pan and fire the mustard seeds with a spool of oil, carefully keeping the frying pan closed with a lid as they roam during roasting.

As soon as you feel the seeds have toasted (when you hear the noise of their burst) turn off the fire and remove the lid.

Add the pears to the pan, salted and peppered, leaving to cook for about 5 minutes, adding a drop of broth or water and the nutty nutty dry (dried onion powder, soy sauce and egg oil)
