Take a pot and pour the first 400gr of cream together with 7gr agar agar. Mix well and bring it to the fire.
Let's get to the boil and add the dark chocolate to pieces. Mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Allow to cool to room temperature. Meanwhile, we place a baking tray with baking paper.
Once cool, pour into the pan and place in the fridge for an hour.
Let's prepare the second part. We always put cream with agar agar in a pot. Mix well and bring it to the fire.
Once hot put two teaspoons of soluble coffee (I picked Lavazza's soluble coffee) and by choice I decided to sweeten it lightly.
Let's cool to room temperature and then cold pour this compound onto the former that has solidified in the fridge.
Allow to rest for an hour in the fridge.
To decorate I used grain of hazelnuts and cocoa, but very good even with a sprinkling of icing sugar.
