A light and fast recipe in key vegan, made with a special main ingredient: fregula, a Sardinian pasta.
Put in a pan a tablespoon of oil EVO and half an onion. Once browned, remove and add the carrots and zucchini previously cut into julienne, with salt, pepper and turmeric.
