Summer Vibes: healthy smoothie and bowl.
With the summer and the heat I like to eat something fresh and especially with lots of fruit! Also, this morning I didn't really want to cook and dirty the pots, so I fell back on a super easy and quick recipe that consists only in assembling the ingredients directly in the bowl! In my opinion, it is also a perfect breakfast to prepare for your better half if you want to start the day with romance and do something not too demanding but still good and delicious.
