Cook the pasta in boiling water (slightly salted) and in the meantime, wash and cut the zucchini into small cubes and then cook it in a pan, possibly non-stick, with a dash of olive oil and garlic.

Sauté the zucchini until they are well cooked and lightly crisp. At this point the dough will be ready, so drain it keeping half a ladle of cooking water.

Pour into the pan with the zucchini, sauté for a few moments and then add to the feta that you have previously crumbled with the help of a fork.

Stir and serve with a sprinkling of black pepper and Parmesan if you like it!
