step 1
Crush the banana, then combine the flour, 30g of soy yogurt with coconut (ingredients say vanilla but I used that), yeast and egg whites, mix and, if needed, add water to the dough.

After obtaining a dense mix, form and cook 4 large pancakes in non-stick frying pan, using 2 tablespoons of dough each.

Once cooked, wipe the pancakes with sweetened coffee with stevia, then layer with the coconut soy yoghurt and finish the last layer with the bitter cocoa powdered.

Leave in the fridge for 2/3 hours or all night and enjoy.
