Let it soak in the cold water with a little salt for the clams for about an hour. Then rinse them in running water.
In a large pan, add a little oily oil, a chopped garlic and clams. Cook on medium fire until they are all open.
Remove the clams and place them in a dish.
In the same pan add another po of oil and anchovies. Continue with low fire.
