Boil the broccoli with the zucchini and the watermelon you prefer.
Cook the basmati rice as a risotto, using as a cooking broth the water of the vegetables. Stir continually to avoid sticking to the pot. Water must always be enough but never too much.
Drain the vegetables and blend them in a blender or with the minimiper with a little baking water and the tuna rinsed.
