First of all, keep 5 egg yolks on one side (for the cream taste) and 3 on the other (for the chocolate). Prepare the cream first, then the chocolate.

Whip 5 egg yolks with 5 tablespoons of sugar, apart from whipped 450 ml of fresh cream and finally add the mixture, stirring gently to avoid removing the eggs and cream. Put in a pan for plumcake and away in the freezer.

Now prepare the chocolate. The same procedure, but before combining egg yolks and cream, add a 100 g bar of dark chocolate melted in a bain-marie to the mixture of yolk and sugar.

Meanwhile, the cream already in the freezer will have begun to solidify, so at the end of the preparation of the chocolate you can put the second taste in the same pan without fear that mixes with the first: you will get in this way two distinct layers of ice cream!
