A perfect mix of oat flakes, dried fruit and seeds crisped from honey and baking. To be served with a yoghurt for an energetic breakfast rich in fiber and omega3, but also to nibble alone for a guilt-free snack.
In a saucepan add honey, sugar, oil and water, put on the stove and let it melt slowly for a few minutes.
Meanwhile in a large bowl collect together the oat flakes, the almonds and the coarsely chopped hazelnuts, the seeds, half of the raisin and the coconut flour.
Then add also the warmed syrup, mix well to absorb and distribute all the liquid well.
Distribute on the oven plate covered with parchment paper and bake at 170 degrees for about 30 minutes, making sure to mix often, at least every 10 minutes. When it will be golden brown remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
Break up with your hands, add the rest of the raisin, give a last stir and the granola is ready to be crushed. In a glass or metal jar it will be kept for many days
