A quick and simple dish to prepare that will give you oriental flavors that will surprise you
Take the slices of swordfish (you can also buy it frozen and let it defrost in the refrigerator overnight) and cut them into cubes of about 3 cm on each side
Put the fish cubes in a food storage bag and insert all the powdered spices, the sliced garlic clove and the ginger (I used the fresh one that gives more freshness but you can also use the powdered one)
Also add the juice of half a grapefruit and a tablespoon of coconut oil (if you don't have it you can also use butter or oil)
Shake the bag to mix the ingredients well and leave to rest in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes
Cook the marinated fish in a non-stick pan for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt.
Serve nice hot with boiled basmati rice or with the side dish you like best
