A tasty sauce, similar to ragù, but which does not require long cooking.
Here's what we need: tomato puree, tempeh (I used one grilled, that's why it's dark), carrots, olives and spices
Peel and coarsely grate the carrots. I used the big holes in the grater.
Dice the tempeh and then chop it further. Cut the olives into small pieces. Let's start preparing the sauce.
Pour a finger of water into a pot; when it boils, add a heaping teaspoon of curry and then pour the grated carrots. Let them cook, with the lid, for 10 minutes. I do not use cooking oil.
Add the olives, oregano, chopped tempeh and tomato sauce. If you want salt, the flavor of the olives is enough for me. Mix everything and add a little water to soften the sauce. Allow to simmer, still with the lid, 15-20 minutes.
