A light but very appetizing version of the classic pancakes, for a light but full of taste (try them with honey!)
preparation

First mix the egg and the flakes together

Combine egg and flakes with egg yolk and flour mixed with yeast, then adjust salt (if at this point the dough becomes too dense, add the milk)

Heat a non-stick pad (I use a small Ikea) then lower the flame to a minimum, sip it with a greyled egg yolk and add a spoon filled with batter
