The recipe that I propose today is a little different from what I usually do. Surely none of you will know that my parents are both vegan. I obviously do not, but I admit that some dishes and ingredients do not dislike them at all, indeed.
In a large bowl pour all the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Mix everything.
Now even pour the wet ingredients: milk, vegetable oil and lemon juice. Stir vigorously until you get a smooth mixture.
Then pour it into a pan (I recommend one from mold 18-20 cm in diameter) and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Sfornatela, let cool and sprinkle with a little powdered sugar.
