A delicious asparagus omelette also ideal as an appetizer cooked in the oven without oil and without any kind of sauté :)
preparation
step 1
Boil the asparagus without the stalk until softened (about 10-15 minutes)

Aside beat 5 whole eggs adding parsley, grated cheese and parsley

Drain the asparagus. Cut them into cubes eliminating the parts of the stem that are too hard and taking care to put aside the tips that were needed to make the omelette more beautiful :)
