Do you want to milk the almonds with me? It sounds simple, but there are some tricks that make the difference between a good almond milk and a watery and not very nutritious. Today is preparing raw almond milk from almonds with the skins.
Soak the almonds, covering them with water, and leave from two to eight hours depending on the rush that you have: eight hours of course would be ideal.
After the soaking time, drain, put them in a blender and add 300 g of fresh water. If you want to keep the soaking water to water the plants, will thank you very much.
