The pumpkin is a vegetable of season, high in fiber, vitamin A and carotenoids. Along with chickpeas and gurnard fillet we have a rich pool of amino acids, also useful for strengthening our immune system.

Clean the pumpkin and blend it along with an onion in a pan with a tablespoon of oil for about ten minutes

Mash the chickpeas. You can also be used as pre-cooked, just rinse very well under water.

Add the chickpeas to the pumpkin and cook for about 15 minutes. Once cooked, pass them in a blender to form a chickpea and pumpkin.

Preparing of greaseproof paper, fish fillets in this recipe I've used the gurnard fillets and put a little 'bread crumbs and a bit' of chopped pistachios and bake for about 15 minutes.
