Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes lengthways.

Place the ricotta in a bowl and add the oil, salt and pepper. Dilute the mixture with approximately one third of the measured water.

Place the orecchiette in a bag suitable for low-temperature cooking and pour in the ricotta blend and remaining water. Use the designated machine to create the vacuum-seal.

Place the bag in the oven, which has been pre-heated to 100°, and set the cooking time to 9 minutes.

Once the cooking time has elapsed, remove from the oven and pour into a soup or casserole dish. Lightly mix and serve.
