A unique, colorful and really good dish !!
Take a part of the cabbage and blanch for 10 minutes and drain. Keep the cooking water from the cabbage and use it to cook the basmati. Blend the boiled cabbage and keep aside.
Cut the remaining cabbage into julien. One part add it to the beaten egg and cook the omelette in oven with baking paper. The rest season it with oil, ginger and lemon.
