step 1
Dissolve the yeast and the sugar in lukewarm water. Mix the flour and then start to work the dough adding the water and yeast a little at a time.

Add the salt and work the dough for at least 15 minutes.

Leave to rest in a container covered with cling film for 40 minutes.
step 4
Form balls of 40 gr and arrange on a baking tray covered with oven paper. Drizzle some oil over the balls and leave to rise for 90 minutes.

Cook at 190C° for around 15 minutes.
