In a mixer, blend the bananas cut into slices, soy yogurt hazelnut, one at a soy-vanilla, together with the sugar I used a sugar flavored with bitter almonds.

Blend until the mixture is perfectly smooth, lengthening with water if necessary. Sift the flour with the baking powder. Add the mixture to the banana.

Mix well, incorporating all the ingredients and without any lumps. Line a loaf pan with baking paper or use a silicone mold, like I did.

Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, to 180. Or in the microwave at full power for 16-17 minutes to bake advice 4min time, checking cooking.

Allow to cool and then unmold. When it stored in the fridge too hard all week! I've already portioned, so that in the morning I just heat it and enjoy it with all the sauces that I love!
