For the base: Melt the vegetable butter in a pan on a low flame and, in the meantime, finely chop the cookies and almonds with a blender.

Once the vegetable butter is completely dissolved, mix it with the other ingredients until it is completely incorporated with the crushed biscuits and almonds.

At this point, lined a 24cm zipper mold, pour the compound on the base and, with your hands or spoon, lay it homogenously. Place the mold in the refrigerator and let it stand for at least 20 minutes.

For filling: While the base is compact, go to the cream preparation. First pour cornstarch (or potato starch) in a pot.

Add a little rice milk and turn right with a hand whip to completely dissolve it and remove the lumps.

Once this is done, pour the remaining milk, put the pot on a low flame and continue stirring for 2/3 minutes until the mixture is thickened.

Once you get thicker, mix for another minute and then take it out of the fire. Now pour the cream in a bowl, cover with a contact film and allow it to cool in the fridge.

In the meantime, take the cream, put it 3/4 tablespoons, and fix the remaining amount of powdered sugar with snow.

I used only a spoonful of sugar because the cream you bought was already sugary, maybe tasted and, to your taste, add another spoonful of icing sugar if you feel right.

Take the cream from the fridge and if it is completely cool, add it to the cream and mix it with a spatula, with movements from the bottom up to avoid disassembling the mixture.

At this point pour the 3/4 tablespoons of whipped cream into a pan and heat them on fire. Once done, pour the agar agar in hot cream and stir until completely dissolved.

Allow to cool well and finally incorporate the cream mixture. Finally, shake the almonds, without reducing them in powder, and mix them with cream.

Now just have to put your almonds cold cake: resume the base from the fridge and pour over the cream, leveling it well on the surface with a spatula.

Next, squeeze the remaining almonds, decorate your cake and put it in the fridge to cool for at least 3 hours.
