The chocolate cake and apple with dark chocolate ganache is a sweet mouth-watering.
Whisk the butter and sugar mixture is creamy. Add one egg at a time. Mix well.
Now add the sifted flour and vanilla baking powder, cocoa powder, one teaspoon of cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Mix the ingredients well.
Wash and peel the apples, grate them coarsely.
Line a cake pan about 24 cm with baking paper. Pour 2/3 of the mixture, then the grated apples. Finally cover with the rest of the dough.
Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Remove from the oven and let the cake cool on a wire rack.
